Project Information

The City of Scottsdale will be increasing the size of a sewerline located in Osborn Road to improve capacity beginning June 8. The improvements will occur between Miller Road and Bishop Lane, just west of Scottsdale Road.

Construction work will take place between the hours of 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday through Friday beginning at Miller Road and moving west towards 70th Street. All work will be performed by B & F Contracting under contact to the City of Scottsdale. The project is scheduled to be complete in November 2020./p>

Fire Station 613 is currently located at a city water site, in a temporary trailer structure.  The new station is expected to be complete in Spring 2018.

The first phase of construction work will take place between Miller Road and Drinkwater Blvd. from June through August (red on the map below). Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction, with both east and west bound traffic occurring on the north side of the Osborn Road median so that construction on the sewerline can take place on the south side of the roadway.

The second phase of construction work will occur between Drinkwater Blvd. and Bishop Lane from August through November. At the end of this phase, work will also take place at 70th Street and Osborn Rd. Please note that no work will take place between Bishop Lane and 70th Street (yellow on the map below).

Thank you for your patience during construction. We apologize in advance for any disruption this work may cause.
