Bond Financing Projects

The IDA has issued over $660 million in bond financing since January 1, 2000, including financing for the following projects:

  • $2.5 million of bond financing to the Foundation for Senior Living for the construction and equipping of a new administrative headquarters building located in Phoenix, Arizona.
  • $20.5 million of bond financing to The Roman Catholic Church of the Diocese of Phoenix for the acquisition, construction and equipping of Notre Dame High School located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
  • $100 million of bond financing to Scottsdale Healthcare Hospitals for the acquisition, construction, equipping and renovation of its health care facilities located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
  • $34 million of bond financing to Scottsdale Healthcare Hospitals for the construction and expansion of its Thompson Peak medical campus located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Monetary Funds Projects

The IDA has contributed funds for a variety of projects including:

  • The contribution of funds to the Scottsdale Cultural Council to underwrite a feasibility study for a performing arts theatre complex in Scottsdale, Arizona.
  • The contribution of funds to the Scottsdale Area Chamber to develop a comprehensive multi-year marketing and business attraction program.
  • The contribution of funds to ASU Technopolis in support of its entrepreneurial training programs.
