City wants your feedback on proposed ordinance that addresses "Nuisance Parties and Unlawful Gatherings"

At the direction of the Scottsdale City Council, the City Manager and City Attorney through a team of city staff – including police and code enforcement representatives -  developed a recommendation on how to update the city’s public nuisance ordinance to address unruly parties or gatherings and is recommending that a "Nuisance Parties and Unlawful Gatherings" ordinance be considered for adoption by the City Council. The proposed ordinance specifically addresses unruly parties or gatherings and makes it easier to hold property owners accountable for repeated unruly gatherings or parties on their properties.
