Minimum Permits
Minimum Permits are required for most single-family residential electrical, mechanical and plumbing work (excludes gas piping). These types of improvements are classified as "minimum" permits and can be obtained online with a credit card. The inspection process is used to ensure a correct installation per the building codes.
Some common examples are:
- Replace gas water heater
- Replace pool pump
- Plumbing for a water softener
- Replace electric/gas water heater
- Relocate panel box
- Sewer line repair
- Repair broken water lines
- Electrical re-wire
- Replace main breaker
