Suspend Service

Customers planning to vacate their property for an extended period of time, may suspend water service and all associated billing for a minimum period of six consecutive months. The suspension will be effective within 3-5 business days of receiving the suspension form and any outstanding balance on the account is paid in full. The effective date of your request cannot be retroactive.
