Vendor Resources

The City of Scottsdale issues solicitations for construction projects; to purchase products and services, to determine availability of vendor products and/or services and to sell surplus property items.

Vendors can obtain current solicitation opportunities, plan holder/download lists, results/tabulations, Intent to Award Notifications and Award information. Vendors can also obtain the City of Scottsdale Procurement Code document.

Construction- projects consist of building, altering, repairing, improving or demolishing any public structure or building, or other public improvements of any kind to any public real property, including the routine operation, routine repair, or routine maintenance of existing structures, buildings or real property. 

Non-construction/Other - includes the purchase of commodities and services as well as the sale of surplus property items and to determine the availability of products and/or services.

Leases / Licenses / Concessions on City Property - includes agreements for use of City property owned in fee by private entities, including concession licenses at WestWorld, Scottsdale Public Library and City Parks; and leases for golf courses, wireless, retail and other real property uses.

Architect, Engineering, Construction Management, Design Build & Job Order Contracts
- for the design and preparation of construction documents, master planning and construction management of public structures, buildings, streets & storm drains, sewer, water, parks, or other capital improvements.

All procurement activities conducted by the City of Scottsdale are in conformance with the rules and regulations of the Scottsdale Procurement Code.  A copy of the code is available for review in the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 3939 Drinkwater Blvd., and the Purchasing Office, 9191 E San Salvador Dr., Scottsdale, AZ.  Copies of the Code are also available for sale to the public for a fee of $10.00 each in the Purchasing Office.
