Per Scottsdale Revised Code Sections 49-22.1, 49-142.1, and 24-30, your first bill will itemize the Account Establishment Fees up to $15. Account Establishment Fees are charged to all customers who establish any City-Provided Utility Service. The amount of the fee is based on the cost (in US dollars) to set up the service provided:
- Water Service- $7.00 US
- Sewer Service- $4.00 US
- Solid Waste Collection Service- $4.00 US
