Renter Sign Up
By Scottsdale Revised Code, a deposit is required before an account can be transferred. The deposit can be paid by MasterCard, Visa or American Express over the phone by calling 480-312-2461 or at our office at 7447 East Indian School Road, Suite 110 (SE corner of Indian School Rd and Drinkwater Blvd).
We need at least one working day's notice to get services into a renter's name along with the following information:
- Owner's name, address & phone number
- The date service should start
- Name of renter
- Mailing address of renter
- Home phone number
- Employment information
- Spouse name
- Social Security Number or a four digit number (PIN)
New Owner Sign Up
Call 480-312-2461 at least one working day, but no more than 15 days, before you need the service in your name with the following information:
- Escrow number
- Date of close
- Escrow company name
- Name of owner
- Mailing address
- Home phone number
- Employment information
- Spouse's name
- Social Security Number or a four digit number (PIN)
*Commercial properties may be required to pay a deposit.
