What You Need to Access this Service

1. An active Scottsdale Utility Billing Account
2. Utility Billing Account PIN (personal identification number)
   To establish a PIN:
   a) Call (480) 312-2461 (8 am to 5 p.m., Mon-Fri.)
   b) Press 1,3,0 to speak to a representative
   c) Provide your utility account number and the PIN you want to use.
   If have already established a PIN with Utility Billing, you can use the service immediately.
3. A valid email address
   An email address to receive information from the City of Scottsdale regarding your account.
4. Password
   After registering your email address a password will be sent to you.

How to Use this Service

1. Register
   The first time you access the service you will need to complete the registration process.
2. Login
   Then login using your email address and the provided password.
3. Setup
   Set-up the utility accounts you want to view with Utility Billing Account Number(s) and Utility Billing Account PIN(s).

• Review and pay your water/refuse bill by credit card ( Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted)
• Account summary information
• Contact Customer Service representatives
• Receive electronic bill only (optional)
• Donate $1 to Scottsdale Cares with each bill payment (optional)
• View the monthly newsletter Scottsdale Pride
• No-Fee associated with this service
