A House Number or Pesonal Identification Number (PIN) is required to make a payment online or through the automated phone system, view a description of each below:
Personal Identification Number (PIN):
A 4-6 digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required to make a payment through our automated phone system, online bill payment and presentment service or QuickPay. This number is normally established when the account is setup; if a PIN has not been established contact Utility Billing at (480) 312-2461 or submit an Online Request. Once a PIN is established you will be eligible to utilize these services.
House Number:
A house number is required to make a payment through our automated phone system or QuickPay. Enter the house number of the current service address.
