It's easy to reserve Scottsdale Stadium for your next event!  We host numerous festivals, corporate parties, meetings, sporting events, camps, birthday parties, wedding receptions, commercial shoots and more! The Stadium may be rented by the hour or daily from April 15th - December 31st. Listed below are some of the areas available. Rental rates for outdoor areas are discounted 50% from June 1st - August 31st.

Entire Stadium

Collection of indoor and outdoor multi-use space ideal for large festivals, walk-a-thons, and sporting events with grandstand, bleacher, and berm seating for over 11,000 people.

Playing Field

Beautifully manicured field may be reserved for both sporting and non-sporting events including baseball, soccer, photo shoots, corporate picnics and fundraisers.

Right Field Pavilion

Enjoy spectacular views of the stadium field and practice field from the Pavilion area in right field. This tiered area, known as the "Charro Lodge" during spring training, features a ramada-style roof that can accommodate up to 500 people. Perfect for cocktail receptions, team building, birthday parties, dances, and silent auctions.

Practice Field

Full-sized sand based playing field available for both sporting and non-sporting events.

Team Store

A newly added stadium area featuring 2,600 square feet of indoor meeting and/or function space adjacent to the main stadium parking lot. The space is ideal for conferences and meetings up to 200 people, art shows, auctions, fundraisers and receptions.

Palm Court

Breezy courtyard offering an intimate outdoor setting for cocktail parties, receptions, weddings, reunions, holiday parties, and dinner events.

Press Box & Main Patio

Upstairs 2,350 square feet of indoor and outdoor banquet and meeting space with spectacular views of the McDowell Mountains and playing field that can accommodate weddings, birthday parties, events, and receptions ranging from 5 to 125 people.

Concourse

Over 22,000 square feet of pedestrian friendly space perfect for community events, trade shows, craft fairs, large parties, receptions, and sports requiring a hard surface.

Stands

Outdoors seating area that can accommodate up to 8,800 people for large groups with a guest speaker or as the background for a photo shoot.

Berms
Spacious green area overlooking the field where up to 3,000 people can participate in picnics, star-gazing parties, and cross training events.

Front Lawn
Often used for art shows, commercial shoots, and as an overflow area for parking lot, palm court, or concourse events.

Parking Lot
120 parking spaces ensures ample parking for your event or a great area for a trade/vehicle show.  Additional public parking is conveniently located near the stadium for larger events, games, and festivals.

Conference Room/Breakout Rooms
Conference space including six small breakout rooms totaling 3,050 square feet is ideal for board meetings, interviews, counseling, and small workshops.
