Description: Scottsdale Adult Sports offers 3 seasons of Flag Football: Spring, Summer and Fall. The Spring and Fall leagues play on Saturday mornings from 8am until 1pm. The Summer league plays on Friday nights from 6:30pm until 10:30pm and is limited to only a few teams due to limited field space with lights.
Registration Dates: Spring 2009 registration will be available online at 6am to residents on Tuesday, February 10th and non-residents Wednesday, February 11th. Online registration will remain active until all leagues are filled. Walk-in registration will be available for any remaining spots on Wednesday, February 18th from noon to 6pm at the Adult Sports Office at Chaparral Park (5401 N. Hayden Road).
IMPORTANT: Registration forms must still be filled out and turned in to the office within 2 days after registering online to be considered for league placement. Completed packets can be faxed to 480-312-9126, emailed to skelly@ScottsdaleAZ.gov, or dropped off at the Adult Sports Office at Chaparral Park (5401 N. Hayden Road).
Registration Information: Registration is accepted on the dates of registration only. Online registration will require a credit card, an established account, and account information (code and pin number). Any other forms of payment must be applied to your account prior to registration. To submit another form of payment, such as a check, or to retrieve or validate your account information, please call the Parks & Recreation office at 480-312-7957 to learn how to do that.
Registration will not be accepted without completed roster information and payment for the correct amount. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Failure to comply with any or all terms of registration will result in team elimination.
League Dates: Spring league dates are Saturdays, March to May.
League Format: Round robin league play with a single elimination tournament.
League Fees: $400 per team
