Adapted Recreation Services

Our programs are geared for persons of all ages, having various types of disabilities. We facilitate mainstreamed recreation participation as well as provide specialized programming options.  The City of Scottsdale supports the Americans with Disabilities Act and full inclusion of citizens with disabilities.

Programs offered

Inclusion into Children's After School and Summer Programs, Teen After School and Summer Programs, Monthly Dances, Adult Social Clubs, Special Olympics, Lake Pleasant Outdoor Retreat, and Community Integration Service. We also provide accommodations for classes and park programs. 

Registration Information

Check online registration for seasonal course descriptions, locations, registration dates, course dates and times, and ages.

All options are available for registration through mail-in (pdf/222kb/3pp), touchtone (480) 312-2025, or Online Registration, with the exception of the Monthly Dances and Community Integration Service.
