In a visible gesture of patriotism, numerous cities throughout the United States have made a tradition of planting Liberty Gardens. The Liberty Garden concept focuses on planting flowers in the shape and color of the American flag. With help from Civic Center parks staff, several Scottsdale Pride Commissioners planted the small garden replicating the American Flag. Stop by and visit the garden which is planted on the west side of the Scottsdale City Hall Building.
