Appliance Collection Form

For residential solid waste collection customers. Please use the following on-line form to schedule collection of your discarded major appliances. Please be sure to provide all requested information so we can promptly follow-up on your service request. If you prefer, you can schedule an appliance collection by calling (480) 312-5600,
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

As an alternative to our collection, some charities pick up old, working appliances which are reconditioned and resold. Check your phone book.

If you are a current SRP customer you may qualify for free pick up of your refrigerator or freezer and a $30.00 check from the RAD program (Responsible Appliance Disposal Program) For more information please go to www.srpnet.com



All appliances we collect are taken to a scrap metal facility for recycling.
