Appliance Collection Form

For residential solid waste collection customers. Please use the following on-line form to schedule collection of your discarded major appliances. Please be sure to provide all requested information so we can promptly follow-up on your service request. If you prefer, you can schedule an appliance collection by calling (480) 312-5600,
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

As an alternative to our collection, some charities pick up old, working appliances which are reconditioned and resold. Check your phone book.

All appliances we collect are taken to a scrap metal facility for recycling.

Please make sure you have followed the guidelines (link below) to assure we are able to collect your appliance on the day requested. Appliances are collected only on the Last Wednesday of each month.
