Police Property & Evidence Department

The following items are lost, unclaimed or found in possession of the Scottsdale Police Department. The City of Scottsdale is hereby giving notice to any potential claimant of the listed items. Potential claimants will have a period of 30 days from the date of this publication to contact the Scottsdale Police Department Property & Evidence Unit at 480-312-5888 to make a claim. Proof of ownership will be required. At the end of the 30-day period all unclaimed items will be disposed according the city policy.

Public hearing regarding Infrastructure Improvements Plan and Land Use Assumptions

Please take notice that a hearing regarding proposed amendments to the City of Scottsdale Land Use Assumptions Report and the Infrastructure Improvements Plan and a notice of intent to modify development impact fees is scheduled for consideration at a meeting of the Scottsdale City Council on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 5:00 p.m., 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd., Scottsdale, Arizona.

The IIP is a written document identifying growth driven water and wastewater infrastructure needs within a 10-year planning period.  The LUA is a written document providing the basis for the IIP.  These needs along with other considerations serve to establish the basis for projected development impact fees.

A copy of the IIP and LUA are available on the city’s rates and fees Web page and also on file and available for inspection along with supporting documentation at the Administrative Offices of the Water Resources Department, 9379 E. San Salvador Dr., Scottsdale, Arizona.
