Police Property & Evidence Department

The following items are lost, unclaimed or found in possession of the Scottsdale Police Department. The City of Scottsdale is hereby giving notice to any potential claimant of the listed items. Potential claimants will have a period of 30 days from the date of this publication to contact the Scottsdale Police Department Property & Evidence Unit at 480-312-5888 to make a claim. Proof of ownership will be required. At the end of the 30-day period all unclaimed items will be disposed according the city policy.

Notice of Intent to Establish or Modify Business License Fees

In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Scottsdale City Council may adopt an ordinance to establish or modify the business license fees to impose a $50 annual business registration license fee for service businesses (including home occupation businesses) and a $50 annual license fee for merchant businesses (amounts paid to the State of Arizona for a Scottsdale transaction privilege tax license may be applied as a credit to this license fee).  
The Scottsdale City Council will consider this ordinance at a Regular City Council Meeting to be held in the City Hall Kiva Forum, 3939 North Drinkwater Boulevard, on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at 5 p.m. Following such consideration, the Council may approve, disapprove or modify said ordinance.
