Requests to develop a large complex that includes all elements of a development master plan and a master planned property plat. Master Plan Property requires the Development Review Board approval and may require City Council approval.

Master Sign Plans

Requests for approval of Master Sign Plans are reviewed by the Development Review Board to ensure compliance with current standards and regulations.
Preliminary Plat

PP

Requests for approval of preliminary plats are reviewed by the Development Review Board. Preliminary plats are included in the DR listing.

Perimeter Exception

Perimeter Exception allows property to be developed based on the development standards being applied to the property as defined by the area within its perimeter.
