MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT PROPOSED FOR RAWHIDE SITE.
On January 10, 2006, the City Council
approved the rezoning application to allow a mixed-use development for the 160-acre Rawhide site located 23023 N. Scottsdale Road (Scottsdale & Pinnacle Peak).

- 15-ZN-2005 - Rezoning Request
- 13-UP-2005 - Request for Use Permit for minor health care facility
