One Scottsdale Parcel:

The One Scottsdale mixed-use project (Stacked 40’s) was approved by the City Council in the Fall of 2002. The project, located at Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101 Freeway, proposed a quality mixed-use development along the Scottsdale Road from the freeway on the south, north to Thompson Peak Parkway. Construction will occur in phases with the first phase opening in the fall of 2008.

• Water, wastewater and drainage master plans are approved , environmental design & transportation master plans are currently under review.   

• Development Review Board submittal for Master Environmental Design Concept Plan (MEDCP) approved on March 2, 2006. (Case Number 1-DR-2006)

• Rezoning application approved in November, 2002 - 20-ZN-2002

• Completed - The design and location of Center Road within the Stacked 40’s project and into the State Lands parcel to east where it connects with the future Hayden Road alignment (currently under construction)

  Capital Improvement Project S0405 (North Frontage Road)

 

Lund Parcel:

The Lund automobile dealership is the Stacked 40's parcel south of the freeway, along Scottsdale Road to the Union Hills Road intersection.

• Approved Development Review Board application in August, 2003
  44-DR-2003 & 3-MS-2003

• First submittal of final improvement plans expected by July, 2004

• Amended Development Agreement proposal for City Council approval July 7, 2004 public hearing agenda.  

 

Crossroads East:

1,000 acres of state land north and south of the Loop 101, east and southeast of the One Scottsdale project.

• Rezoning application approved November, 2002 - 19-ZN-2002

• Staff and State Lands have coordinated the alignment and started construction of the Hayden Road alignment from the Loop 101 freeway north to Thompson Peak Parkway - Capital Improvement Project S0202

• Staff has not received any formal development applications for the Crossroads East parcels. Master plans are required as the first step in this process.

 

Scottsdale Road:

• Construction of street widening from Frank Lloyd Wright north to the Loop 101 to tentatively slated for Spring 2005. Portion of Scottsdale Road from Union Hills to south side of 101 will be soon be going out to bid.
