One Scottsdale Parcel:
The One Scottsdale mixed-use project (Stacked 40’s) was approved by the City Council in the Fall of 2002. The project, located at Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101 Freeway, proposed a quality mixed-use development along the Scottsdale Road from the freeway on the south, north to Thompson Peak Parkway. Construction will occur in phases with the first phase opening in the fall of 2008.
