Fashion Square Mall Renovations
| Westcor, owners of Fashion Square Mall, will begin renovations to the Scottsdale Road frontage, specifically the vacant Robinson's May building & parking structure. The project involves the demolition of the Robinson's May store and parking structure, and the creation of new, underground parking. In addition, the mall will be expanded easterly, and the new tenant will have significant frontage along Scottsdale Road. 17-DR-2007 |

DIRT HAULING AND SITE EXCAVATION IS NOW UNDERWAY.
60,000 cubic yards of dirt is being hauled from the northeast side of the Fashion Square site in preparation for the underground parking garage that will be located under the new Barney's store. This mass excavation takes place Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. through March 31.
Grand Lux CafÉ Restaurant
The new 10,500+/- sq ft Grand Lux Café Restaurant (69-DR-2006) will be located between the recently opened Anthropologie and the soon to be remodeled Robinson's May.
