These boards show ideas and concepts about the entire corridor, and the Master Plan and Design Guidelines. Examples from other places are shown as well as applications specific to Scottsdale Road.

Phase 1, McKellips Rd. to Osborn Rd.
These boards show design concepts for Phase 1 of the Streetscape from McKellips Road north to Osborn Road.

Phase 1 Aerial Strip Maps
These maps for Phase 1 show how different features could fit into the existing roadway. The maps show existing right-of-way limits, proposed location of curb lines, location of travel lanes and proposed bicycle lanes, the right of way area proposed for additional landscaping, locations of possible median enhancements (pending additional coordination with adjacent property owners), and locations of primary and secondary oases. Each of the three main maps has been divided into three portions to allow for closer viewing of proposed improvements.
