Our goal is to teach participants the importance of healthy eating by educating them through recreational activities and doing hands-on cooking projects.
We call these "Snacktivities!"

To accomplish this goal:
  • Provide nutritional facts such as what our bodies need and why
  • The food groups and how to combine foods
  • How to make simple, healthy snacks at home
  • How to avoid or only consume in mild proportions - soda, sweets, etc.
