What We're About

Our trained recreation leaders conduct daily activities including:Who Can Register
Youth attending any Scottsdale Unified District Elementary School, Grades 1-6.
Fee
$544 for the school year, with a payment option in 10 equal installments of $55.
Date & Time
All programs start and end in correlation with the Scottsdale District school calendar including all regular school breaks. Please refer to each program’s monthly activity calendar for specific dates closed. Program start time is school release until 6pm, Monday - Friday (Start times vary due to school schedules).
Registration
Please use our online registration, touch tone service (480) 312-2025 or our mail-in form (pdf/1.5mb/3pp) to register your child. After school programs will be accepted on a first come, first served basis—space is limited. We may need to verify a birth certificate prior to attending the program.
Parent meet and greet
After successfully registering into a program, a confirmation letter will be sent to you indicating the dates, times and locations of the Meet and Greet. Staff will share important information about the after-school program at this meeting. The Meet and Greet is also designed to answer questions parents may have about the program and its policies.
Drop-in Policy
During most program days, participants may arrive at any time after the program begins and they may depart at any time without signing in or out. By having your child handle these issues they will be developing responsibility and trust.
Special Needs
If your child has special needs relating to disability, please contact Adapted Recreation Services at (480) 312-2234. Staff will discuss your child’s needs and determine appropriate accommodations. Children with disabilities are included into existing programs with their non-disabled peers.
