Notice of Property Tax Levy and/or Property Tax Rate
In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Scottsdale City Council may consider approving the following property tax levy and/or tax rate for fiscal year 2014-15 at a meeting in the City Hall Kiva, 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd., beginning at 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2014.

Notice of proposed or increased city fees

In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Scottsdale City Council may consider penalty provisions associated with the proposed Pedalbus Ordinance at a meeting in the City Hall Kiva, 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd., not before Monday, Feb. 3, 2014.

Notice of proposed new fees for Valet Parking licensing:
In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Scottsdale City Council may consider changing and adding fees associated with the Valet Parking Ordinance at a meeting in the City Hall Kiva, 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd., not before Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013.

Notice of library fees change
Starting Aug. 1, 2013, the library will make the following fee changes:

** Increase the Collection Agency Fee from $10 to $15. 
** Charge customers $1 for each hold that is not picked up by the due date.
** CANCELLED: Implement a $5 Small Balance Program Fee for customers who owe fines that range between $15.01 and $24.99.   

Municode Section 20-18 states that the library director has the authority to administer library fees and penalties.

Police Property & Evidence Department

The following items are lost, unclaimed or found in possession of the Scottsdale Police Department. The City of Scottsdale is hereby giving notice to any potential claimant of the listed items. Potential claimants will have a period of 30 days from the date of this publication to contact the Scottsdale Police Department Property & Evidence Unit at 480-312-5888 to make a claim. Proof of ownership will be required. At the end of the 30-day period all unclaimed items will be disposed according the city policy.
