Notice of Intent to Establish New Fee for On-Body Camera Videos

In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Scottsdale City Council to be held in the City Hall Kiva Forum, 3939 North Drinkwater Boulevard on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 5:00 PM, it is the Council’s intention to consider whether to establish a new fee for on-body camera videos produced by the Prosecution Department in the amount of $60.00 per case.

Following such consideration, the Council may approve, disapprove, or modify the resolution to establish said fee.

A schedule of the proposed new fee that includes the amount of the fee and a written report that supports the new fee was posted on the City’s website on April 12, 2018 and is available here on the City’s website.
