Fees for a New Regulatory Business License

In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Scottsdale City Council may consider approving new fees for a new Regulatory Business License at a meeting in the City Hall Kiva, 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd., at 5 p.m. September 11, 2018, but no sooner than 60 days after the posting date of this notice. 

 

Licensing and Regulation of Automated Kiosks:

Ordinance 4359, adding a new Article XI, Licensing and Regulation of Automated Kiosks, to Chapter 16 of Scottsdale Revised Code is enacted for regulatory purposes and is designed to promote the safety and welfare of the citizens of Scottsdale and mitigate any negative secondary effects relating to crimes such as trafficking in stolen property, fraud, forgery, theft, burglary, robbery, extortion, conspiracy to defraud, etc.

The fees relating to this Article are as follows:
License Fee: $500 Annually per Kiosk Location
Late Application Fee: $100
Fingerprinting Fee: $10
Fingerprint Processing: $22 Currently  (Set by the AZ Dept of Public Safety)
Duplicate License Fee: $10
