Operation Fix-It



Operation Fix It teams volunteers and local businesses to provide labor and materials to help eligible residents maintain their properties.

These limits are determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

30% and 50% of median income: Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher qualifications

80% of median income: Housing Rehabilitation Program qualifications

For homeowners that have lived in their home for a minimum of 12 months and are in need of home repairs, please review the information on the City of Scottsdale’s housing rehabilitation programs website.
