Fall Term
This course (BLT140) is being offered Fall semester at Scottsdale Community College for three credit hours.
Subject
An overview of environmentally responsible building and an historical survey of building methodologies. Introduces design concepts and strategies for reducing environmental impacts. Examines building processes, environmental issues and the interdependent nature of our environment. Topics include building impacts, climate and geography, sustainability, site use, renewable energy, water, resource efficiency, building materials and indoor environmental quality.
Schedule
The course will meet each week starting August 27, 2008, (Wednesday) from 6:00 - 8:40 PM in the Applied Sciences Building, Room 215 (AP-215).
