Where are the required forms and materials for an application?

Forms are available for download on the City of Scottsdale “Forms, Checklists, and Guides” website at: www.scottsdaleaz.gov/bldgresources/forms.asp.

 

Which forms and materials do you need?

1. General Plan Checklist for Application (PDF / 97 kb)
   
   Unless waived by Advance Planning staff, all items on the General Plan Amendment Checklist are required.
   
2. Project Application Form (PDF / 31 kb)
   
   Provide all information for the Project Application form.
   
3. Application Fees  (pdf / 42 kb)

 

Neighborhood Involvement.

1. Neighborhood Involvement (pdf / 34 kb / 2 pgs)
   
   In addition to the items check-marked on the Neighborhood Involvement Checklist:

• Provide information to Property owners and HOAs within 750-feet of the perimeter of the subject site,
• Post a “Project Under Consideration’ sign 10 calendar days prior to your first Open House Meeting,
• Hold 1 open house meeting, and
• Contact property owners and HOAs at least two times prior to the public hearing process.
