Start looking for the form in your mailbox. The 2010 Census form is the briefest questionnaire ever - only 10 questions – and takes about 10 minutes to complete. It's critical to get surveys returned for two reasons: local governments miss out on about $1,500 per person for every person missed, and the federal government saves about $90 million for every 1 percent increase in the response rate. |
