Forms for Political Action Committees
A Political Committee Statement of Organization or a $500 Threshold Exemption Statement must be filed with the Scottsdale City Clerk’s Office before accepting contributions, making expenditures, distributing campaign literature, or circulating petitions.
A Statement of Organization is required if campaign expenditures or campaign contributions will exceed $500. If you do not believe you will expend or receive contributions in excess of $500, a $500 Threshold Exemption Statement may be filed in lieu of a Statement of Organization.
