Last Day to Request that an Early Ballot be Mailed to You was Friday, February 27, 2004.
The Maricopa County Elections Office, 2025 East University, Phoenix, AZ 85034, (602) 506-1511, must receive your written, verbal, or online request for an early ballot to be mailed to you before the close of business on Friday, February 27, 2004. Your request must specify where (complete mailing address) to send the Early Ballot. Early Ballot requests can be made online at: http://recorder.maricopa.gov/earlyvoteballot/
An Early Ballot by Mail was available by calling 480-312-7844 beginning Monday, February 9, 2004 through 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2004.
Last Day to Vote in Person Friday, March 5, 2004.
Appear in an Office designated for Early Voting no later than the close of business on the last day to vote in person. Early voting will be permitted Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
Last Day to Vote an Emergency Ballot Monday, March 8, 2004.
Last Day to Return a Ballot that was Mailed to You by 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 9, 2004.
In order for your ballot to be valid and counted, your voted early ballot and affidavit must be received by the Maricopa County Elections Department by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, March 9, 2004. You may also deposit your ballot and affidavit at any Scottsdale polling place designated for this election from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.
