NOTICE AND CALL OF ELECTION
CITY OF SCOTTSDALE
MARCH 9, 2010 SPECIAL



The City of Scottsdale will hold a Special Election on March 9, 2010 for the purpose of submitting six propositions to the voters.

Information about Proposition numbers 100, 101, 102, 103, 104 and 200 will be presented to the qualified voters of the City of Scottsdale in a publicity pamphlet. The pamphlet will be mailed to the households of all registered voters prior to the start of early voting.

Residents must be registered to vote by February 8, 2010 to be qualified to vote in the City of Scottsdale Special Election. Applications for early ballots for the Special Election will be available to qualified City electors beginning December 6, 2009.

Official ballots will be available beginning February 11, 2010.

The polling places used in the City of Scottsdale will be the polling places established by Maricopa County and used for conducting previous elections in the City of Scottsdale, if available. The polls will be open from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on election day.
