Main Street Plaza (Formerly Loloma)

Main Street Plaza to be the first transit-oriented development in the valley.

 

Arruth Associates, Inc. broke ground on November 3, 2004, at 7039 E. Main St., on "Main Street Plaza", a 250-unit condominium and retail project located south of Main Street between Marshall Way and Goldwater Boulevard.

 

Phase One

The first phase of the $47 million project includes a public underground parking garage, 33 condominiums and 15,000 sq ft of retail space.

Phase Two - currently under construction

Phase II will see the development of 54 total residences including ten exclusive town home designs, four penthouse suites and 40 luxury condominiums housed in two buildings overlooking the historic Scottsdale Artists' school and adjoined by a central courtyard, pool and private cabanas.
