SHARE YOUR IDEAS WITH THE DOWNTOWN GROUP
Scottsdale's Downtown Group is collecting ideas on how to effectively share information with Downtown residents and business owners. The Downtown Group currently hosts a monthly Downtown Forum where residents and business owners are invited to share ideas and discuss questions or concerns that they may have. The group is seeking thoughts on the meeting, as well as ideas on new ways of sharing updates and discussing current and upcoming news. To share your thoughts, please contact John Little at (480) 312-7750 or jlittle@ScottsdaleAZ.gov. The Downtown Group is always available to meet with you, your group or association at your request.
CITY PLANNERS WANT TO KNOW 'WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU?'
What makes Scottsdale a great place to live? What sets it apart from other communities?
Citizens are invited to answer those questions to help planners identify speakers and discussion topics for the city's Community Design Studio.
The Design Studio houses the city's advanced planning team, which is responsible for General Plan updates and other long-term planning efforts. Planners also want the Design Studio to serve as a focal point for lecture series and education programs to help guide the city's future design and development.
