Included in construction bid documents, consultant must create a detailed estimate of probable construction cost for capital improvement projects, consistent with the master Bid Item Schedule.
Project-specific item numbers that are not listed should be coordinated with the Capital Project Management (CPM) Project Manager for your particular project.
