Requesting Disclosure
Disclosure is provided by the State electronically. If you would like to obtain a copy of your discovery, download a request form to complete, print and mail in. Your request will NOT be completed until payment is received. Please include the complaint/case number on your payment.Fees for discovery are due at the time of request.

PLEASE NOTE:
We will make every attempt to process your request within 10 business days of receipt. If requesting the jail DVD, you must make a written request within 30 days of the arrest. Beyond 30 days the jail recording may be destroyed and unavailable for disclosure. When requesting the jail recording, a cost will be assessed even if you do not pick up or use the recording.
Receiving Disclosure
Once you have requested and paid for your discovery, we will make every attempt to process your request within 10 business days. Please review the instructions on receiving discovery electronically.
