Training & Member Development (T&D) is dedicated to training, supporting, and developing Fire Department employees. T&D liaisons with City of Scottsdale Human Resource to conduct hiring and promotional processes.

Emergency Services is responsible for the primary training, continuing education, quality improvement and pre-hospital performance review for all pre-hospital providers, including certified Paramedics (ALS) and Basic Emergency Medical Technicians (BLS) within the sworn ranks of the Scottsdale Fire Department.
