The Purchasing Division facilitates the purchase of all materials, services and construction projects through an open, competitive bidding process. We provide this service in a timely manner, while maintaining our strong commitment to citizens to supply the City with appropriate quality products and services at the least possible cost. We insure purchasing standards by following the procurement code to serve both city departments and the business community. We provide a full supply management system including receiving, warehousing, returning and disposal of city owned property. We provide a full print shop operation to city departments along with full mail services.
