Mission
This section is responsible for reading all City of Scottsdale water meters. This Meter Reading Team is highly dedicated and professional group of employees committed to providing the highest level of "Customer Service" to the citizens of Scottsdale that will meet or exceeds all expectations. This will be accomplished through the efficient, accurate and timely reading of all City water meters.
About Us
Meter Reading is responsible for the monthly reading of over 84,000 residential, commercial or industrial water meters throughout the City of Scottsdale. In addition, staff members are responsible for turning on or turning off water for customers moving in or out of our service area, disconnecting water service for non-payment, resolving high bill inquiries and educating the public about water usage and conservation measures.
