Obtaining a Marriage License
The City of Scottsdale does not issue marriage licenses.
Marriage licenses are issued by Maricopa County. The closest location for most Scottsdale residents is:

Civil Ceremonies:
City of Scottsdale
City of Scottsdale judges are available to perform civil ceremonies on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Scottsdale City Court is located at 3700 N. 75th Street. The City of Scottsdale does not issue marriage licenses. For additional information you may call (480) 312-2772.
Justice of the Peace
