Prosecutes misdemeanor offenses in the City of Scottsdale, including DUI, domestic violence, juvenile status offenses, minor traffic, and other misdemeanor offenses.
This program also provides support for Code Enforcement, Zoning, Airport and Photo Radar and represents the City of Scottsdale in all court proceedings required to prosecute offenders and to support the mission and goals of the City Council.
