Mission
This section provides processing and deposit of all payments and accompanying documentation for the Customer Service Department. It manages the retention, retrieval, and destruction of department documents through imaging, filing, and off and on-site storage.

About Us
Remittance Processing has a staff of six full time employees and is responsible for processing and depositing all payments received via mail and electronic funds transfers. Transactions processed include city water, sewer, and solid waste bills; privilege (sales) taxes; a variety of license/permit fees; false alarm fees; and parking notice of violations fees. This section is also responsible for the management of department documentation and records. Documents are imaged for online storage and retrieval.
