The Budget program is responsible for the preparation and adoption of the Citys annual budget per the terms of the Arizona Revised Statute and City Code. It coordinates the development and the ongoing monitoring of the City-wide operating and capital budgets on behalf of the City Manager. Embodied within this process is the preparation of the Five-Year Financial Plan and assisting citizens with their questions regarding the Citys budget.
