To request a ONE time postponement or to request to be excused, you must contact the Maricopa County Superior Court, Office of the Jury Commissioner. You may contact them via the Internet at http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/JuryServices/
; by phone at (602) 372-5879, press "0"; or by mail at 111 S. Third Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85003.On the day of your service
Jurors should park in the lot adjacent to the Court on 75th Street. Parking in this area is free.
