Yards, Setbacks, Accessory Buildings: 6-TA-2007, 7-TA-2007, 8-TA-2007
This text amendment was approved by the City Council on October 5, 2010. Side yard setbacks are now 5 feet on each side. Patio requirements, accessory building, and garage requirements were also revised. More... (pdf/4mb)
Walls and Fences Text Amendment: 1-TA-2007
This text amendment was approved by the City Council on November 6, 2007 and is effective on December 6, 2007. Walls and fences are now allowed in the longer
street frontage yard and on the property line of the longer street frontage of
corner lots.
Non-Conforming Use Provsions: 3-TA-2006
This text amendment was approved by the City Council on November 21st, 2006. Non-conforming lots in R1-7 districts are now allowed to make changes to a nonconforming main building.
