Medical Marijuana Revisions 8-TA-2010#2
Medical Marijuana Text Amendment Revisions: 8-TA-2010#2On January 25, 2011 the City Council approved case 8-TA-2010 for a Zoning Ordinance amendment allowing the regulation of Medical Marijuana land uses. The adopted regulations are: Resolution #8575 and Ordinance #3923.
In response to input and dialogue during public hearings, the Planning Commission on September 14, 2011 approved the initiation of a text amendment for the review of the implementation of these recently adopted regulations. The Planning Commission report for the initiation is here (pdf/214kb/5pp). The case number for this review effort is 8-TA-2010#2.
At their public hearing on November 9, 2011 the Planning Commission forwarded a recommendation of approval to the City Council.
On January 10, 2012 the City Council held a public hearing and approved case 8-TA-2010#2, updates to the Medical Marijuana land use regulations. The adopted regulations are: Resolution #8902 and Ordinance #3982.
