Staff is proposing a Zoning Ordinance text amendment (
2-TA-2008) for the purpose of aligning the Zoning Ordinance with the Land Divisions Ordinance appeals process that was approved in the Fall of 2007. The new Land Divisions Ordinance allows appeals to the Board of Adjustment. The Zoning Ordinance contains the powers and duties of the board.
