Fire Plans go Digital!

The Digital Submittal Program expands to include the following Deferred Fire Submittals:

  • Residential fire sprinkler
  • Alarm systems for tenant imprv
  • Alarm systems for new construction up to 10,000 sq. ft.
  • Commercial cooking hoods
  • Alternative extinguishing systems, i.e. FM 200 (which uses inert gas)

Improving or adding 25% or more of the existing structure?  Fire sprinklers must be installed in the entire home.

  • 3 sets of Fire Sprinkler plans
  • Fire Sprinkler plans are exempt from fees.
